CashierLive makes running my store easy!! Very effective and runs smoothly. Excellent staff and support team!

Its absurd that I have to register to use an app on my phone. Do not bother. There is no way to remove items from your inventory!!!

This app is not very compatible with Mac so its of course going to be buggy with iPhone & iPad. And it is! Before downloading, paying and spending time on set up, I asked many questions. Especially about cross platform issues with browsers. I was told that the POS (point of sale) software worked on most browsers. However this is not the case. Later after trying to "Set customers" and many log in issues from the iPad, iPhone & computer, was told that Cashier had "limited functionality on Firefox & chrome. And that "it worked best on IE." To add insult to injury, the founder of this company responded very rudely to an email. This turned me off. I own my own biz too and I am kind to my clients when they have issue or offer feedback. I feel mislead by this company & will use them only long enough to find better. There must be better out there.

What they dont tell you is that after the initial use period, it costs as much as $75/month or you cant even re-gain access to the transactions youve already made.

I have a small business and had been looking for something just like this. I have seen a few different ones but this one has the most options and I love the user interface. I got this app a few weeks ago and Im still amazed I can check out customers using my phone! It has helped me run my business a lot smoother because it keeps track of inventory and my customer satisfaction is showing improvement due to no lines and they love getting emailed their receipts. Thank you so much for this app!!

I do like this app, although, its a hassle when it crashes and I have to log into it every time! Otherwise, great app and would like it better if it can stay logged in

This app is a life saver. I used to use square for my small biz but switched over to this app. Cashier has waaay more features and lower processing fees. Also their support guys uploaded my inventory and setup the account for me. It costs $20 a month but its well worth keeping my biz organized and its nice that I can call them for help. Anyone who has a small business to give it a try

Im not very good with mental or quick math and Im taking money for a school fundraiser tomorrow and this app is amazing. The graphics are great and for the information you can fill fake this app is also a great idea

We are currently using this app in one of our classrooms for a unit on Small Business. The app is easy for the students to navigate, and learn how to use a digital cash register. Setting up the store was extremely simple and the user interface on the iPad is fantastic.

This app is almost unusable on an iPad air. Everything you do just spins.

This app is awesome. Well be using it for our fifth graders to run their school store. They will be able to track inventory and run transactions in a very user friendly manner. Ive already had questions and the support team is awesome! Theyve gotten back to me in a very quick manner even during the holidays!

We have been using Cashier Live on ipad(store) and iphones(off site art fairs) There are too many steps per transaction which takes forever to check people out. Also, we have had multiple issues processing credit cards, with inventory and x/z reports. Unfortunately when we contact customer service for help they claim it is not an issue on their end or they have "not located a reason" for the glitch. As a start up company still learning- you would think they would attempt to be a little more helpful. They are defensive and rude when you ask for help.

Need: I have been looking for a year and 1/2 for a reasonably priced app that would be appropriate and streamlined to use with students in a school store. Initial Set-Up: The initial set-up was easy, although the app requires more force than usual to put the cursor into a field. One of the best parts, was that when I scanned typical barcodes (sunchips for example), the program entered the name and an approximate cost automatically. This saved a lot of time! When ringing out using a computer, if an item was accidentally skipped when entered into inventory it was easy to add it right then. The computer was also extremely fast. Internet Sync: One of the best features of this program is the real-time sync across devices and the internet. For example, all the transactions that were being made in the store were visible on my computer(in another room) as well as on other iPads that were set up (my co-supervisors computer). This means CORRECT real-time information in all reports and that all activities can be supervised at any time! Ease of Use: It only took 3 minutes of 1-1 training for me to show each team lead student how to use the program. All screens are intuitive and easy to understand. The visual support of the icon of the item on the screen is extremely helpful, especially for students, as well as search functions through inventory. Reports: The report systems is the most comprehensive I have been able to find. I can print a sales report for the day and send the financial manager to match the report to the sales. I can print an inventory report and send the Inventory Manager and his team to make sure nothing is missing. There are many other reports the breakdown the sales so that I can see which items are not selling, which are most popular, etc. The report function by itself is an asset. Help: When I needed help with the computer version, I simply entered the live chat mode. This was extremely helpful and their representative told me that he could also set up the account for me if I did not have time. He showed me where to find everything I was looking for. Improvements: The pictures of the inventory do not scroll down like one long list, they are on multiple pages from side-to-side. Scrolling down would be easier in my opinion. Data entry fields are little touchy sometimes and require multiple taps or a firmer tap to access the field than most apps. There is no inventory restock notification function (yet) as there are in some other apps. Aside from these minor issues, the program works for us. We only accept cash, so I cannot comment as to the efficacy of the other tender systems or their screens. We have not connected the app to a printer because we cannot yet afford one, but we have utilized a typical bluetooth barcode scanner and are able to use this in conjunction with the search field in order to find the items quickly. Overall, Im just thrilled to be done searching for a POS system!!

Using as POS system for school store run by students with special needs. Simple and easy to use, simulates true POS systems and not old school cash registers, and provides report mechanism. Also, feature that allows you to take a picture of product and upload for POS selection is helpful for visual learners or those who need concrete reinforcement.

I got the app,signed up, got my password and it said I was all set up and ready to go. I opened the app and it tells me it expired and would mot let me in to even try it and see what it was like. I then deleted it, not good if you cant open it up

It is simple enough for the students to understand without sacrificing the realism of the experienced. I can call anytime and get my rep. Its great. They give me detailed, friendly help whenever I need it. The app is very user friendly, and what I didnt understand, the instruction videos walked me through. Everything works perfectly with excel office. Its great. I love it.
