Constant glitches and terrible customer service!
We have been using Cashier Live on ipad(store) and iphones(off site art fairs) There are too many steps per transaction which takes forever to check people out. Also, we have had multiple issues processing credit cards, with inventory and x/z reports. Unfortunately when we contact customer service for help they claim it is not an issue on their end or they have "not located a reason" for the glitch. As a start up company still learning- you would think they would attempt to be a little more helpful. They are defensive and rude when you ask for help.
